Baby Blessing

Our little family

The Piepers

The Campbells

The Great Grandmas

All of us were together for Noah's blessing--our whole family was able to be here, (minus Andrew, who is in Idaho on his mission). It was nice having four generations on both sides, thanks to our wonderful Grandmas, who both made the trip for the occasion. We had the blessing in the Campbell home, on the day after Thanksgiving, which was the only day we could find that enabled all the family to be together. It ended up being a sweet setting for our family. My only fear was that Noah would scream through the whole blessing. I thought that was going to happen when he started freaking out just before it started, and all of our rocking and shhhhhing and bouncing failed. But thankfully he quieted during the opening hymn "I am a child of God," and as you can see, he was knocked out for the rest of everything, including the family pictures. Kyle gave him a nice blessing, and didn't try to change his name, or bless him with outstanding athletic abilities and success on the football field (unless that is what he meant by "health and strength")!

Kate, I loved the pics. The content anyway. Everyone's family looks so great! What a nice day. Now, for brutal honesty, I think you guys should ask Santa for a new camera! They are either so blurry or blue! Anyway, I need you to email me your new address por favor.

That's neat you did the blessing at home with all the family. More intimate than it would be at church. Hope you are enjoying nicer weather than us. The snow is DUMPING on us. The cold is getting to me to. I think St. George would be an excellent place to spend the winter. And we need your address too!
