Our trip to California was a good one, but fast. We had a great time with the Morgans, and were so happy for Haylie. She had a beautiful baptism and it was fun to be there for it. We squeezed one touristy thing in during the trip, the little mothers' beach. The highlight was the seagull attack. They freaked Jake out and so he threw them his sandwich, and then they swarmed us. One ran off with Jake's floatie. The whole beach teamed up to chase down the seagull thief, and finally some man rescued the floatie and saved Jake's day :)
