So it's funny how life changes with a baby! We are still in the learning and adjusting stage, but I guess that probably lasts forever, so we're making the most of it. The boys are sleeping right now...it was supposed to be a family nap, but i still haven't got the hang of putting Noah down after he falls asleep without waking him up in the process...so I am learning to multitask with Noah in my arms. Today I've figured out how to hold Noah and type (with both hands, now!). Also I have learned a new trick for calming the little guy down: Grammy has a big trampoline at her house (it's official, we are moved in here in St. George now) and if I bounce around on it with Noah, he loves it and he's out like a light in seconds! It reminded me of the time when I was pregnant and I was jumping on that trampoline, having a butt sit war with Haylie and Tayler, and then sister-in-law Brooke reminded me that I was pregnant and I shouldn't be jumping on a trampoline. I had forgotten that I was pregnant and that there were certain activities that might not be ideal for a little growing fetus. After that, I cried and got all paranoid for a few days that I had given my baby trampoline brain damage. Well good news, Noah seems to have handled it well and at 3 weeks, appears to be fully functional (if you count sleeping, pooping, and eating!). We are becoming expert diaper changers (although I forget the Buttpaste most of the time). Also I am learning to live with breastfeeding pain, and Kyle is learning how to make sure the little guy's lips are flanged while latching on. Anyway, speaking of diaper changing, little Noah is making some sounds he only makes when he's filling his diaper (and it sounds pretty intense this time), so I better stop this here and go do that mother thing...Fun :)
